  • The char​ges below were established by Board of Supervisors Resolution #23-0860 on October 24, 2023.
  • The general public has access to any data included on the Assessment Roll.
  • Those records considered to be confidential are available only to the property owner or authorized agent (with an original Property Owner's Letter of Authorization​ signed by the property owner.)

    • This file includes approximately 124,896 parcels.
  • ​Transfer information may be viewed at no charge using the Assessor’s Office self-service public lobby computers.     

Other Fees

  • Certification of Assessor’s Records: $ 0.05 per page
    • Returned Check Fee: $ 53.00
  • ​Postage: 
    • 1-5 pages (8 1/2 x 11): $ 0.75
    • 6-10 pages (8 1/2 x 11): $ 1.50
    • Postage fee for Roll Data on CD: $ 2.00
  • ​​​Tax Guarantee Estimate Recalculation: $ 25.00
    • (If prior tax estimate is more than 60 days old.)
  • Subpoena for Records and/or Appearance
    • In a matter in which the County is a party, a $150 deposit must be provided at the time of service if an appearance at trial is required by the Assessor’s Custodian of Records.
    • In a matter in which the County is NOT a party, a $275 deposit must be provided for the appearance of a County employee.
    • An hourly fee (approximately $56.00) will be charged for the actual hours spent at trial (including travel time).
    • Standard copy, certification and mailing charges apply.
    • A $39.00 per hour clerical fee is added for all research and processing associated with a Subpoena for Records.     
    • Over payments will be refunded.
